Role Overview
Inside Sales Associates qualify and assign business opportunities from inbound channels.
The role provides prompt assistance, identifies customer needs, and supports prospects through the purchasing journey.
The position includes a tailored onboarding period covering MEDFAR products, services, and the Quebec healthcare sector.
Core Responsibilities
- Qualify and assign opportunities from phone, website, chatbot, and other inbound channels.
- Support revenue growth from new clients through inbound qualification and assistance.
- Establish and monitor inbound-channel performance indicators.
- Develop plans to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Conduct introductory calls, identify prospect needs, and hand opportunities to account managers.
- Plan the sales process for potential clients.
- Help deploy an automation project for an interactive and autonomous purchasing experience.
- Support prospecting through cold calling and email outreach for selected market segments.
Candidate Profile
- A university degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
