About Us

User Research & Experience Design

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to understand user behaviors, needs, and expectations.
• Create user personas and map customer journeys for key user segments.
• Design intuitive and accessible user experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Define interaction models and information architecture to support seamless user flows and task completion

Ux And Ui Requirements & Prototyping

• Translate business objectives into detailed design requirements, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Define and document UX/UI acceptance criteria for features, including usability, responsiveness, and performance expectations.
• Collaborate in backlog grooming and user story creation, ensuring prioritization aligns with user value and business goals.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery frameworks and managing work in tools like Jira, DevOps, or similar.

Visual Design & Interaction Modeling

• Develop clean, user-friendly UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs, validate feasibility, and refine based on feedback.
• Use visual and interaction design to enhance usability, engagement, and task efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to align design with technical constraints and user needs.
• Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and testing cycles to ensure quality delivery.
• Support QA teams in defining test scenarios that reflect user interactions and edge cases.
• Help remove delivery blockers related to user experience, requirements clarity, or design scope.

Product Contribution & Roadmap Engagement

• Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying design priorities and improvements.
• Participate in defining metrics and KPIs to measure design success (e.g., conversion rates, task success, user satisfaction).
• Continuously iterate based on user feedback, testing results, and business insights to improve usability.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain strong documentation to support alignment, version control, and decision-making.
• Help manage stakeholder expectations and translate business requirements into user-focused design outcomes.

Preferred Skills & Tools

• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and mobile-first principles.
• Familiar with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.
• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
