Responsibilities
- Drive vulnerability remediation efforts and reduce backlog
- Improve patch compliance and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize risk based remediation
- Ensure vulnerability and patch management activities meet standards established by the Cyber Security team
- Track remediation progress against CyberSecurity defined measurement parameters
- Validate patching outcomes against approved security baselines and vulnerability management expectations
- Partner with Cyber Security to review vulnerability trends and recurring gaps
- Maintain clear evidence of remediation progress and compliance status for audit and governance
- Strengthen reporting to provide actionable visibility into patch compliance and vulnerability exposure
- Assess and optimize monitoring and observability platforms across on premises and cloud workloads
- Improve alert quality by reducing noise and tuning thresholds
- Build and enhance operational dashboards to improve visibility into infrastructure health and performance
Requirements
- Experience with SCCM and Intune administration
- Experience in vulnerability and patch management
- Ability to drive vulnerability remediation efforts and reduce backlog
- Experience improving patch compliance and reporting
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize risk based remediation
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (on premises and cloud)
- Ability to build and enhance operational dashboards
- Experience integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow

- Strengthen reporting to provide actionable visibility into patch compliance, vulnerability exposure, remediation aging, and SLA performance
- Assess and optimize monitoring and observability platforms across on premises and cloud workloads
- Improve alert quality by reducing noise, tuning thresholds, and ensuring alerts are actionable and insight driven
- Build and enhance operational dashboards to improve visibility into infrastructure health, performance, availability, and capacity trends
Salary Range
- Base Salary Range: 90,000 CAD/Yr – 120,000 CAD/Yr
