About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Payments Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in payments processing, clearing & settlement, and digital payments. The role requires strong experience in payments and knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT messaging.

Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payments initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Conduct gap analysis between existing and proposed payment systems
- Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and functional specs
- Work across key payments areas: Wire Payments, ACH/SEPA, Real Time Payments, Cards & Merchant Payments
- Understand end to end payment lifecycle: Initiation → Validation → Clearing → Settlement → Reconciliation
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Drive requirements, solution design, and delivery across payment platforms
Requirements
- Strong experience in Payments (mandatory)
- Knowledge of ISO 20022
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging (MT/MX)
- Knowledge of payment hubs / core banking systems
- Experience in business and functional analysis
- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and functional specs

Salary Range
- CACAD 100,000 CACAD 120,000 Per annum
