- Define and document UX/UI acceptance criteria for features
- Collaborate in backlog grooming and user story creation
- Develop clean, user friendly UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs and validate feasibility
- Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and testing cycles
- Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying design priorities and improvements
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders

- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.
- Create user personas and map customer journeys for key user segments.
- Design intuitive and accessible user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Define interaction models and information architecture.
UX/UI Requirements & Prototyping
- Translate business objectives into detailed design requirements, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Define and document UX/UI acceptance criteria for features.
- Collaborate in backlog grooming and user story creation.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery frameworks and managing work in tools like Jira.
Visual Design & Interaction Modeling
- Develop clean, user friendly UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs, validate feasibility, and refine based on feedback.
- Use visual and interaction design to enhance usability, engagement, and task efficiency.
Cross functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and testing cycles.
- Support QA teams in defining test scenarios.
- Help remove delivery blockers related to user experience.
Product Contribution & Roadmap Engagement
- Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying design priorities and improvements.
- Participate in defining metrics and KPIs to measure design success.
- Continuously iterate based on user feedback, testing results, and business insights.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong documentation to support alignment and decision making.
- Help manage stakeholder expectations and translate business requirements into user focused design outcomes.
