- Prepare visually appealing tender and proposal documents in collaboration with the commercial team
- Create and update company profiles, brochures, flyers, case studies, and marketing collateral
- Develop infographics, visualizations, and graphic content to communicate complex information effectively
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications
- Coordinate with business development, operations, and subject matter experts to gather content and produce client facing documents
- Maintain a library of templates, graphics, images, and marketing materials
- Support digital marketing initiatives, social media content, and website updates as required
- Leverage design and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of marketing outputs

Role Purpose
- To support the Commercial Team by developing high quality marketing and business development materials, including presentations, company profiles, brochures, tender submissions, infographics, and visual content that enhance the company's brand image and contribute to business growth.
