- Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule and conduct initial interviews to find top talent
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and setting up their company accounts
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, both physical and digital (in the HRIS/database)
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
- Track employee attendance, leave requests, and assist with monthly payroll preparation
- Help organize team building activities and promote a positive, healthy workplace environment

Role Overview
- We are looking for an organized and approachable HR Executive to manage our company’s daily Human Resources operations.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, employee onboarding, maintaining records, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
- The ideal candidate has great communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, and a solid understanding of basic HR functions.
