Key Responsibilities
- Create test cases, carry out testing, document any defects, and verify that the functionality meets business requirements.
- Formulate the User Acceptance Test (UAT) strategy and develop test scenarios and test cases/steps that are aligned with business requirements, user journeys, and user stories.
- Execute test cases collaboratively and communicate the results to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster direct relationships with SMEs and project teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-4 years of experience in a Tester position within the Corporate Banking payments domain.
- Proficient in relevant project management tools such as JIRA, MS Excel, MPP, MS Visio, HP-QC.
- Experience with cash management products and online banking portals.
- Experience in testing Escrow Management Systems (EMS), transaction banking platforms, virtual account solutions, and end-to-end escrow business processes.
