Director – Policies and Studies Department
- Nationality: UAE National (Male or Female)
- Work Location: Dubai
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role or as a Head of Section in policy development, studies, or statistics
- Age Range: 35–45
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and review of policies, legislation, and regulations in line with government directions.
- Conduct analytical studies, research, and impact assessments to support decision-making.
- Carry out benchmarking studies against local, regional, and international best practices.
- Analyze data and performance indicators to measure the impact of government policies and programs.
- Coordinate with internal departments and relevant external entities to ensure policy alignment.
- Monitor policy implementation and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
