Overview
- The Sales Assistant is responsible for generating sales and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Carry out operational duties as delegated by store management, including maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation standards.
Customer Service
- Creates a positive first impression through energetic attitude and adhering to dress code.
- Greets customers immediately upon entering with a smile and sincere greeting.
- Provides customers with current relevant information about the product.
- Provides quality service in fitting rooms and follows up with customers timely.
Sales and Checkout
- Provides efficient service at the cash wrap, offers gift cards, maintains cleanliness, captures customer information.
- Attempts to add on to the sale by recommending complementary products.
- Sincerely thanks all customers for shopping and invites them back.
Store Maintenance
- Creates a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
- Maintains cash wrap cleanliness.
- Assists in housekeeping duties as assigned by store management.
