Overview
- The Sales Assistant is responsible for generating sales and delivering a positive customer experience. They must ensure the store is kept clean and organized, presenting the brand positively through energetic customer interactions and compliance with company standards. Additionally, they contribute to operational duties such as visual merchandising and housekeeping as directed by the store management team.
General
- Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a sparkling clean and organized environment.
- Create a positive first impression for customers through an energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.
- Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere greeting.
- Provide customers with current relevant information about the product.
- Deliver quality service in the fitting rooms and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain cash wrap cleanliness and provide efficient service at the cash register, offering gift cards and capturing customer information.
- Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them back.
- Assist in visual presentation standards and perform housekeeping duties as assigned.
