Role Overview
- The Sales Assistant plays a vital role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction in a retail environment.
- This position involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring they receive the support needed in selecting products and making purchases.
- Success depends on a positive attitude, good communication skills, and ability to perform operational tasks efficiently.
What You Will Do
- Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
- Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere greeting.
- Provide customers with current relevant information about the product.
- Offer quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers, and attempt to add on to the sale.
- Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and capture customer information.
- Sincerely thank all customers for shopping and invite them back.
- Deliver a positive customer experience.
- Perform operational duties such as housekeeping and visual presentation standards.
