- Support the preparation, coordination and submission of technical proposals and quotations to clients
- Acknowledge receipt of client enquiries and log opportunities within internal tracking systems
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with Technical Managers, HSE team and other internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial information
- Maintain proposal databases, update records, and ensure documents are properly filed and stored
- Support general administrative tasks within the office as required

- Ability to manage multiple tasks

Job Description
- The Trainee Proposal & Quotation Coordinator will support the preparation, coordination and submission of technical proposals and quotations to clients.
- Key responsibilities include acknowledging receipt of client enquiries, logging opportunities within internal tracking systems, and assisting in the preparation and formatting of proposals and quotations.
- The role will also involve coordinating with Technical Managers, the HSE team and other internal stakeholders to gather the necessary technical and commercial information required for submissions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining proposal databases, updating records, and ensuring documents are properly filed and stored in accordance with company procedures.
- In addition, the role will support general administrative tasks within the office as required.
Qualifications
- This position would suit a dynamic and motivated technical graduate who is highly organised, methodical and detail oriented.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively with different stakeholders, and work proactively within a team environment.
