Role Overview
Review customer financial documents and credit applications within defined credit policies and risk parameters.
Support credit officers with evaluation, reporting, decision-making, and compliant transaction processing.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify customer financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assess credit applications against defined credit policy and risk parameters.
- Perform income, liability, and affordability calculations.
- Conduct credit bureau checks and flag adverse findings for review.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with internal guidelines.
- Support senior credit officers in evaluation, reporting, and decision-making.
- Capture data in Mashreq transaction processing systems according to process and policy.
- Complete all prerequisite system checks required by the process.
- Check daily reports to ensure transactions were processed against proper documentation.
Requirements
- Knowledge of compliance, KYC, and AML review.
- Ability to assess credit applications against credit policy and risk parameters.
- Ability to perform income, liability, and affordability calculations.
