Overview
We’re looking for a MIS Executive / Business Analyst to support Aftersales performance across our UAE network.
In this role, you’ll provide front-line SAP system support, safeguard master data quality, and deliver timely reporting and analysis that helps teams improve operational efficiency, maximise invoicing, and drive revenue and margin performance.
What You Will Do
- Provide day-to-day support to Aftersales branch teams by troubleshooting SAP-related issues and enabling smooth customer transactions.
- Coordinate with Aftersales, Finance and IT stakeholders to investigate issues, gather requirements, and drive timely resolution.
- Support invoicing and WIP reduction by resolving common operational requests (e.g., discounts, invoice reversals, kilometres corrections, package maintenance, order adjustments, and time clocking issues).
- Create and maintain PDI packages and resolve PDI (pre delivery inspection) package creation issues to support workshop readiness and delivery processes.
- Maintain and validate SAP master data and backend tables to ensure accurate system integration and dependable reporting.
- Maintain masters for appointment booking and time clocking systems to enable efficient workshop scheduling and productivity tracking.
- Produce MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to track Aftersales performance by location, billing type, campaigns, revenue and margin.
