- Support digital transformation initiatives to leverage technology for process automation and data driven decision making
- Ensure robust and consistent automotive processes across all business units and integration with financial books
- Lead efforts to streamline and standardize processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing solutions for optimized workflow and resource utilization
- Share best practices across all business units
- Develop and execute a strategy for process optimization and compliance aligned with organizational goals
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance processes, systems, and controls
- Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Establish exception management alerts and dashboards to ensure ongoing compliance

Job Overview
- As the Manager of Process & Compliance, you will support the Head of P&C in leading ERP implementations and enhancements for both UAE and Overseas Automotive businesses.
- You will oversee risk assessment and process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies, standardization, automation, and technology enablement.
