Anton Oilfield Services is seeking a Country Manager for the UAE.
The role carries full responsibility for regional business growth, organizational capability, strategic accounts, and major projects.
The position includes full P&L responsibility and leadership of Anton's UAE operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional market-entry and growth strategies.
- Lead strategic account development.
- Oversee major bids, negotiations, and project mobilization.
- Coordinate resources across sales, technical, operations, commercial, finance, HR, and legal functions.
- Build and lead a high-performing multicultural team.
- Manage operational, contractual, QHSE, and compliance risks.
- Strengthen Anton's brand presence in the UAE market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering, International Business, Engineering Management, or Business Administration.
- A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in international market or regional management is required.
- Proven expertise in market entry, major project development, and cross-region resource coordination is essential.
- Strong strategic judgment, commercial negotiation, stakeholder management, and compliance awareness are required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Ability to travel frequently and/or be based in the Middle East.
