About Enhance
Enhance provides technology-enabled, personalized personal training through one-on-one sessions at homes, gyms, and outdoor locations.
Enhance Tech operates a personal trainer management platform with data-driven tools for fitness businesses and gyms.
Education and Experience
- Applicants must hold an accredited personal training certification or a bachelor's degree in sports and physical education.
- First Aid Certification and EBBF registration are required.
Additional Specializations
- Preferred specializations include swimming, yoga, tennis, MMA, boxing, bodybuilding, injury rehabilitation, postnatal training, and other relevant disciplines.
- English fluency, written and spoken, is required; additional languages are a plus.
- The role requires personal training knowledge, communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
Location
- Training services cover Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, and Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
- Sessions may take place at clients' homes, gyms, or outdoors.
Essential Job Functions
- Motivate clients and encourage them to complete sessions and reach their fitness goals.
- Manage bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and session records through the trainer app.
- Coordinate schedule changes with the Head of Trainers.
- Prepare sessions in advance and confirm locations and timings with clients.
- Provide workouts, healthy-habit guidance, feedback sessions, and progress monitoring.
- Help clients benefit from their fitness package subscriptions.
Other Job Duties
- Participate in workout videos or tutorials for marketing content when requested.
- Attend weekly office meetings and follow-up sessions with the training team.
- Maintain company equipment and gear.
- Wear company-branded attire during training sessions.
