About the Role
The Senior AI Engineer will design, build, ship, and maintain production AI systems for sales, member experience, and operations.
The role is focused on practical AI products rather than research or basic chatbot integrations.
The AI specialist will collaborate across Data, Product, Engineering, and business leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Own AI workout-generation products that create personalized, safe, and actionable workouts.
- Build RAG applications using AWS Bedrock and Claude across ingestion, retrieval, prompting, structured outputs, and evaluation.
- Automate sales, onboarding, and trainer handover workflows with integrations such as WhatsApp Business.
- Build reliable AI-generated operational insights using Snowflake, SQL, business rules, and LLMs.
- Scope and evaluate AI products based on impact, effort, cost, limitations, quality, and usage evidence.
- Own deployment, monitoring, documentation, and cost control while integrating AI into existing products.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Python and software-engineering fundamentals with production delivery experience.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of analytical datasets, business metrics, and data-quality issues.
- Practical experience building LLM applications and understanding prompting, retrieval, evaluation, tool calling, and cost management.
- Experience building APIs and integrating services with existing applications.
- Experience with a major cloud platform; AWS is preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable.
- Strong stakeholder communication, problem investigation, adaptability, and ability to create maintainable solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, OpenSearch, or Bedrock Knowledge Bases.
- Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, analytical modelling, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector retrieval, or ingestion pipelines.
- Experience with FastAPI, Docker, Git, automated testing, agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, or operational databases.
