Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly driven, hands-on U.S. Recruiter to join our team on a full-time 6-month contractual basis . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, knows how to build strong candidate pipelines quickly, and is not afraid to be creative and persistent when sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.

You’ll own recruitment activities end-to-end, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing, pipeline building, candidate engagement, and efficient hiring execution .
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-lifecycle recruitment for U.S.-based startup roles from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Proactively identify, engage, and build talent pipelines for high-priority GTM (Go-To-Market) and delivery roles with specialized skill sets.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, referrals, and alternative recruitment channels.
