Responsibilities
- Prepare and process UAE visa applications (employment, residence, cancellation, renewal, etc.)
- Handle MOHRE labor contract typing and work permit applications
- Process immigration applications through ICP/GDRFA systems
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Communicate with clients regarding required documents and application status
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with UAE regulations
- Submit and track applications through government portals
Requirements
- Proven experience in UAE typing center / PRO or immigration services
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE and UAE immigration systems (ICP/GDRFA)
- Familiar with UAE labor law and visa procedures
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (English & Arabic typing preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple applications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Previous experience in a typing center in the UAE preferred
- Knowledge of Tasheel, Amer, and other government service platforms preferred
- Arabic language is an advantage

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Typist with strong experience in UAE government systems, including Immigration (GDRFA/ICP), Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), and related typing center services.
- The ideal candidate must be highly familiar with UAE labor and visa processes, documentation requirements, and online government portals.
