- Prepare and process work permits, labour contracts, Emirates ID applications, medical fitness applications, visa renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
- Ensure all applications comply with UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with clients and government authorities for smooth processing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a typing center, PRO services, or immigration consultancy.
- Strong hands on experience with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Amer, and Tasheel portals.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE labour and immigration procedures.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Proficient in English; Arabic speakers are preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications.
