Job Purpose
- This role is responsible for developing scope of work based on site inputs and inspection reports, and for preparing budgetary estimates for materials and service requisitions.
- Works closely with maintenance teams, technical teams, facility maintenance, and contractors to maintain and update the master plan for both Turnaround and non Turnaround activities.
- Ensure alignment with Company Turnaround Management System (TMS) objectives including safe, cost effective, and high quality execution.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop scope of work based on site inputs and inspection reports.
- Prepare budgetary estimates for materials and service requisitions.
- Maintain and update master plan for Turnaround and non Turnaround activities.
- Coordinate with HSE, Logistics, and other relevant disciplines prior to execution.
- Implement execution strategy for Turnaround scope including detailed scheduling and resource optimization.
- Monitor and control Turnaround progress using schedules and performance indicators.
- Ensure readiness prior to execution by verifying availability of materials, manpower, tools, permits.
- Support mechanical completion, punch list clearance, and pre startup readiness verification.
- Develop and define Turnaround scope including contract requirements.
- Establish, maintain, and report master planning schedule across all phases.
- Initiate and manage work orders in SAP with realistic duration estimates.
- Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of SAP master data for TAR PM schedules.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
- 5 10 years direct and relevant experience.
