Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive account management
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements, use cases, wireframes, and system interaction diagrams
- Assist in project planning, defining milestones, critical paths, and delivery timelines
- Lead project lifecycle activities including design, development, and testing to ensure requirements are met
- Prepare proposals, statements of work, and deliver presentations to clients and management
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to project teams
- Analyze business processes, assess performance, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure quality and client acceptance of deliverables
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SQL, and business analysis tools
- Experience in project management, change management, and system integration
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
