Treasury Sales Implementation Coordinator

5 years of bank customer contact and/or sales experience, with a proven track record of success in customer service and sales growth.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively with peers to achieve shared goals.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, with experience delivering presentations to small groups.

5 years of experience in bank operations or treasury management operations is preferred.

3-5 years of treasury management sales experience within a bank is preferred.

Membership in the SA Treasury Management Association or Association of Financial Professionals is a plus.

A four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience is required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven ability to coordinate complex client implementations.

Strong understanding of treasury management products and services, including ACH Origination and Remote Deposit Capture.

Expertise in reviewing and analyzing client billing statements to ensure accurate charges and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including prospecting and cross-selling within existing client relationships.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate operational risks and recommend appropriate product exposure limits.

Ability to adapt to new product developments and guide clients through product adoption processes.

Experience with delivering and managing client training programs for treasury solutions.

Other Requirements:

Ability to manage multiple client implementations concurrently while meeting deadlines.

Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull weights or otherwise move objects weighing as much as 10 lbs. on a regular basis and/or for extended periods of time during the workday.

Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required.
