Experience & Education
Previous retail or consultative sales experience.
Demonstrated sales and service experience with proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals.
Experience in using personal computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college-level coursework is a plus.
4-year degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in retail sales and service is preferred.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Other Requirements:
Meet and maintain financial responsibility, character and general fitness standards along with all other established requirements for an individual Loan Originator (LO) in accordance with Regulation Z.
Work involves sitting, extended periods of standing and occasional walking.
Requires close visual acuity.
Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull weights or otherwise move objects weighing as much as 50 lbs. on a regular basis and/or for extended periods of time during the workday.
Occasional overtime or extended hours may be required.
