Treasury Assistant - Cash Management

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities.
• Review and process OPEX and CAPEX payment requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Verify and process payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile inflows and outflows across company bank accounts.
• Assist in bank facility renewals, including preparation of required documentation and monitoring utilization of facilities such as overdrafts, loans, Murabaha, and letters of credit (LC).
• Maintain accurate records and system entries in ERP/accounting systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and customer refund issues.
• Support month-end and year-end treasury reporting activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking and internal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Treasury or Finance is an added advantage.
• Part qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or CMA will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of treasury operations and banking processes.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines and handle confidential information professionally.
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
