Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Assist with employee relations by responding to HR related inquiries and resolving workplace issues
- Coordinate performance review processes and employee development initiatives
- Administer leave requests, attendance records, and other HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
- Support payroll by maintaining accurate employee information and coordinating with payroll team
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of HR experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will support day to day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration.
