Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will support day to day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with employee relations by responding to HR related inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
  • Coordinate performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Administer leave requests, attendance records, and other HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Support payroll by maintaining accurate employee information and coordinating with the payroll team.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is an advantage.
