Position Overview
The Treasury and Operations Manager oversees treasury, digital asset custody, liquidity, reconciliation, settlement, and operational controls for a crypto asset business.
The role manages client and operational assets across custodians, wallet infrastructure providers, and trading venues.
The position works closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Trading, Technology, and Operations in a regulated financial services environment.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time and hybrid in North York, Ontario, Canada.
Wallet and Fund Operations
- Administer wallets and custody infrastructure across platforms such as Fireblocks, Coinbase, BitGo, and other approved providers.
- Manage deposit wallets, operational vault accounts, whitelisting, transaction approvals, wallet policies, access reviews, and custody records.
- Oversee deposit sweeps, client fund attribution, transaction thresholds, approval workflows, and resolution of failed or delayed transfers.
