Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage complex HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
Support organizational culture, employee satisfaction, talent development, and HR excellence.
Workplace
- The position is on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Develop compliant HR policies and procedures.
- Lead recruitment, interviewing, job postings, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations issues and advise management and staff.
- Oversee performance management processes.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Develop compensation and benefits strategies with management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and diplomatic handling of sensitive situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience with HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
