Description
This local IT support role assists China HQ with rolling out global IT standards.
The role provides day-to-day IT support, equipment maintenance, basic network support, and asset register management for offices and retail stores.
Workplace
- The role is onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and includes physical support activities at offices and retail sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate IT standards, policies, security controls, project execution, data collection, and corrective actions.
- Support infrastructure deployment at offices and retail sites, including site surveys, hardware racking, cable management, and system initialization.
- Perform PC deployment, software installation, routine maintenance, and endpoint troubleshooting.
- Inspect and maintain AV systems, access control, CCTV, IP phones, and multifunction printers.
- Support DNS and DHCP administration and troubleshoot common endpoint network issues.
- Maintain IT asset records through receipt, inventory, stocktaking, maintenance follow-up, and retirement documentation.
- Assist with monitoring, permission administration, and routine checks on AD, email, NAS, virtualisation, and PBX systems.
- Support HQ security and network teams onsite and coordinate with regulators, auditors, and vendors.
- Maintain operational logs, technical documents, and SOPs for local IT procedures.
