About the Role

Workplace and Schedule

• The role is full-time, on-site, and live-in.
• The successful candidate will travel internationally with the family, including to hotels, residences, yachts, and other destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide discreet, personalized, and proactive butler services.
• Anticipate the principal's requirements and understand personal preferences.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, wardrobe management, and travel preparation.
• Provide food, beverage, and formal service when required.
• Maintain personal spaces, belongings, and travel requirements to an impeccable standard.
• Coordinate with household, hotel, chauffeur, aviation, and other service providers.
• Assist with private functions, dinners, and special events.
• Handle personal and family matters with absolute confidentiality and discretion.

Candidate Profile

• Previous UHNW Travelling Butler or Personal Butler experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates from luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, private aviation, yachts, or similar high-end environments will also be considered.
• Arabic-speaking capability is highly desirable.
• Formal butler training or qualifications are highly desirable.
• Experience working with a larger household or family office team is highly desirable.
• The role requires discretion, professionalism, flexibility, exceptional service, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary is AED 20,000–25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
• Private suite accommodation is provided as part of the live-in arrangement.
• The employer sponsors the employment visa.
• A return flight ticket is provided once every 11 months.
• International travel expenses are covered when travelling with the principal or family.
