Role Overview

Direction Setting

• Define the direction of the product portfolio based on business and market priorities.
• Turn product direction into an executable roadmap with explicit trade-offs.
• Set success metrics and hold the team accountable for results.
• Provide clear product direction to executives, partners, and vendors.

Portfolio Management

• Own prioritization across every product line while balancing customer value, delivery capacity, and risk.
• Run reviews that resolve cross-team disagreements before they become blockers.
• Keep the budget and third-party product spend aligned with delivered value.

Team Development

• Coach product managers to take ownership of outcomes rather than only roadmaps.
• Establish operating rhythms, templates, and standards for the product team.
• Build team capacity so the function does not rely on one person.
• Promote a culture of data, accountability, and follow-through.

AI and Cross-Functional Work

• Identify which parts of product discovery and delivery should use AI and reshape roles as needed.
• Set principles for evaluating and using AI across the portfolio, including build-versus-buy decisions.
• Work with Technology, Finance, Marketing, and Operations on product priorities.
• Explain roadmap decisions to technical and non-technical audiences and identify delivery, adoption, and security risks.

What You Will Bring

• 15+ years of experience in product, including 6 to 8 years in senior product leadership.
• At least 5 years in a scaling proptech or fintech business.
• A track record of taking product organizations from strategy through realized value at scale.
• Commercial judgment, investment-case development, and ROI thinking.
• Experience raising the performance standards of a product team.
• Hands-on experience with AI in a product context.
• Strong communication with executive and engineering audiences.
• A relevant degree, MBA, or product leadership credential is a plus but not a dealbreaker.
