About the Role
FCM Travel Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to make business travel arrangements for corporate accounts using Amadeus. The role requires 3-5 years of corporate travel experience, expertise in complex international fares, and weekend/public holiday availability.

Responsibilities
- Make professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
- Build Passenger Name Records (PNR) and profiles
- Perform ticketing, Phase IVs, exchanges/changes with complex international fares
- Provide solutions to travel related problems clients may have experienced with arrangements
- Attend Team Meetings and Weekly Business Meetings
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 5 years of corporate travel experience
- Experience with ticketing, scripting, changes and exchanges to complex multi segment international and domestic fares and PNRs
- AMADEUS experience required
- Geography and international destination knowledge
- Quality control and ticketing skills preferred
- Decisive and successful problem solving skills, detail oriented, effective verbal communication
- Skilled in usage of a personal computer and various software packages
- Ability to work effectively and multi task while maintaining professional rapport with clients
- Availability for weekend/public holiday rosters

- Build Passenger Name Records (PNR) and profiles.
- Perform ticketing, Phase IVs, exchanges/changes with complex international fares.
- Providing solutions to travel related problems clients may have experienced with arrangements.
- Attendance at Team Meetings and Weekly Business Meetings are a requirement for this role.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 5 years of corporate travel experience working on a different shift after office hours, including weekends.
- Experience with ticketing, scripting, changes and exchanges to complex multi segment international and domestic fares and PNRs.
- AMADEUS experience required.
- Geography and international destination knowledge is a must.
- Quality control and ticketing skills are preferred.
- Candidates should possess decisive and successful problem solving skills, be detail oriented and have effective verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in usage of a personal computer and various software packages.
- Ability to work effectively and multi task while maintaining professional rapport with clients.
