Position: Travel Consultant
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team in Doha.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, reservations, ticketing, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional travel consultation and guidance to clients
- Handle domestic and international travel bookings
- Manage flight, hotel, and holiday reservations
- Assist customers with travel arrangements and itinerary planning
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve travel-related inquiries
- Maintain accurate booking and reservation records
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and promotions
Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates must currently be based in Qatar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Qatar travel market
- Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Reservations
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, visa processing, and holiday packages
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and travel technology
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
