Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales leads.
  • Conduct outdoor visits to clients, businesses, and prospects.
  • Present and promote company products/services to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, payments, and after-sales service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driving license (preferred if required).
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Good knowledge of local market and customer network.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM systems).
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
