About the Role
247 Charter Tours and Travels is seeking a Travel Consultant (Arabic Speaker) with visa experience to assist clients with travel planning, visa applications, and bookings. The role requires 2+ years of experience, fluency in Arabic and English, and knowledge of international visa processes.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel planning, itinerary recommendations, and holiday package bookings
- Provide expert guidance on visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation for various destinations
- Process visa applications and ensure all required documents are complete and submitted accurately
- Follow up with embassies, consulates, visa centers, and clients regarding application status
- Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, travel insurance, transfers, and other travel related services
- Prepare customized travel quotations and holiday packages based on client requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person consultations
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, visa applications, payments, and customer communications
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements
- Stay updated on visa regulations, travel advisories, and destination information
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
- Assist with post booking support, amendments, cancellations, and travel related issues
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker or fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, Visa Consultant, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of international visa application processes and documentation requirements
- Experience with holiday packages, flight bookings, hotels, and travel operations
- Experience with Amadeus reservation and ticketing system is preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple applications and bookings while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Candidates currently residing in Qatar
