Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Support the Sales Team with flight inquiries, fare quotations, reservations, and ticket bookings for clients.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for special fares, group bookings, and travel requirements.
• Manage airline contracting, negotiations, and maintain relationships with airline partners.
• Monitor airline promotions, fare updates, and market trends.
• Prepare and maintain airline agreements, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Ensure accurate fare loading, ticketing procedures, and compliance with airline policies.
• Assist clients with travel arrangements, baggage requests, and special travel requirements.
• Resolve booking, ticketing, and schedule-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain proper records of bookings, contracts, and supplier communications.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Doha experience in airline ticketing and travel industry operations.
• IATA certification is mandatory.
• Experience in airline contracting and fare negotiations is preferred.
• Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Strong negotiation, good communication skills and professional email etiquette.
• Good understanding of airline fare structures and travel regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced travel environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic is considered an added advantage but is not mandatory.
