Company Description

  • 247 Charter Tours and Travels is a Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Qatar, specializing in inbound and outbound travel solutions.
  • The company offers seamless transportation and tailored travel experiences with its own fleet of vehicles and strong industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office functioning.
  • Maintain organized records, files, contracts, and company documentation.
  • Process invoices, receipts, supplier payments, and customer collections accurately and on time.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monitoring cash flow.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and suppliers as required.
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners regarding bookings, payments, and documentation.
  • Prepare booking related documents and operational reports as required.
  • Handle office correspondence, emails and general administrative inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial and administrative reports for management.
  • Support management with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative records.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Candidates currently residing in Qatar and available to join within a short notice period will be preferred.
