- Valid Driver's License
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred

Job Summary
- Oversees the transportation department of one or more locations; acts as liaison between customer, operations, CSRs, and support team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage inventory supplies.
- Manage route scheduling and redirect manpower/resources as needed.
- Manage driver debrief process and ensure documentation for every customer transaction.
- Maintain high standard of customer service measured by key metrics.
- Manage open order report and SAP cancellation process.
- Develop relationships with customers and conduct customer visits.
- Monitor operations and staff, recommend changes for optimum resource utilization.
- Monitor department work productivity and review payroll hours.
- Manage route vehicles, containers, and equipment.
- Select, train, and develop staff; conduct performance appraisals.
- Coach employees on career development and conduct team meetings.
- Perform ride alongs and spot checks to ensure safe and efficient driver behavior.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3 years of previous supervisory experience in a structured environment required.
- 2 years of Transportation/Logistic experience required.
- Driver's License required.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.
