Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily truck dispatch, routes, and schedules
- Prepare and verify transport documents (waybills, bills of lading, GCC transit manifests, delivery receipts)
- Manage cross border requirements (customs, transit permits, e manifests, and inspections)
- Ensure compliance with Saudi & GCC transportation regulations, weight/axle limits, and safety standards
- Monitor driver performance, hours of service, and rest periods
- Track shipments via GPS/TMS, resolve exceptions, and keep customers updated
- Maintain records of vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and licenses
- Liaise with customs brokers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo flows
- Support Transportation Manager in reporting and identifying operational improvements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Management (preferred but not mandatory)
- 2–5 years of experience in truck transport operations, preferably within Saudi Arabia or GCC
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, GCC transit documentation, and Saudi transport permits
- Familiarity with tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills

Overview
- For our Truck department in Jeddah (AlSuwat Group) We are seeking an experienced Transportation Coordinator to support our growing trucking operations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
