- Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
- Maintain employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR databases
- Coordinate employee visa, Iqama, GOSI, Muqeem, and labor related processes
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data and timesheets
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate medical insurance enrollment and employee benefits administration
- Handle employment contract renewals, probation evaluations, and employee offboarding
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and respond to HR related inquiries
- Manage administrative activities including office supplies, accommodation arrangements, and company documentation
- Coordinate driver and operational staff documentation, licenses, and regulatory requirements
- Support management with HR reporting, workforce planning, and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations
- Experience with GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, and other government platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Fluency in English
