About the Role
Diamond Falcon Logistics Services seeks an experienced Accountant in Jeddah to manage financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, VAT compliance, payroll, and transportation cost analysis.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations
- Process payroll and maintain payroll related records in coordination with the HR department
- Verify invoices, expense reports, and supporting documentation
- Monitor customer collections and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities when required
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Track and analyze transportation related costs, including fuel, maintenance, tolls, driver expenses, and fleet operating costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, or fleet operations
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience with VAT compliance and Saudi tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred
