Role Overview
The role supports transportation planning, carrier coordination, shipment scheduling, route management, delivery tracking, freight-cost control, and performance management.
The position covers activities from shipment planning and carrier allocation through dispatch, in-transit monitoring, delivery confirmation, exception resolution, and performance analysis.
Work Arrangement
- The position is fully remote and based in the United Arab Emirates.
- The role operates within a distributed international team.
Planning and Coordination
- Support transportation planning and execution based on orders, volumes, locations, dates, product characteristics, and service levels.
- Prepare schedules, dispatch plans, route plans, delivery calendars, and shipment trackers.
- Coordinate shipment readiness with warehouses, distribution centers, suppliers, customers, stores, projects, and other locations.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, transport companies, couriers, fleet operators, and third-party logistics providers.
