Lead maintenance strategy, asset reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment performance, planning, troubleshooting, spare parts, maintenance systems, and continuous improvement.
Ensure machinery, production equipment, utilities, automation systems, and industrial infrastructure operate safely, reliably, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Maintenance Strategy
- Develop maintenance strategy, standards, policies, procedures, governance, performance expectations, and short-, medium-, and long-term plans.
- Balance preventive, predictive, corrective, condition-based, and reliability-centered maintenance activities.
- Establish asset-criticality-based maintenance strategies.
Asset and Reliability Management
- Maintain asset registers for production equipment, machinery, motors, pumps, compressors, HVAC, utilities, automation, electrical, material-handling, and facility systems.
