Role Overview
Oversee construction operations, coordinate project teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
Lead construction and development projects from planning through completion in a fast-paced construction environment.
Construction Operations
- Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities and site operations.
- Plan project schedules, resources, materials, and workforce requirements.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and construction milestones.
Quality, Safety, and Risk
- Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction quality.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Stakeholders
- Review project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
