Role Description
Support daily transportation and delivery operations by coordinating schedules, shipments, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Help ensure transportation activities are planned and executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily transportation and delivery coordination activities.
- Coordinate delivery schedules, routes, vehicle arrangements, and transportation requirements.
- Monitor shipment and delivery status and follow up on delays or incomplete deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers, logistics partners, warehouses, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Maintain delivery, shipment, vehicle, schedule, and transportation document records.
- Prepare delivery orders, shipping documents, transport records, reports, and operational updates.
- Update transportation systems or databases and support loading, unloading, collection, and delivery activities.
- Report delays, route issues, damaged goods, missing items, and other transportation concerns.
- Assist with resolving delivery discrepancies and improving delivery efficiency and documentation accuracy.
- Support monitoring of costs, schedules, service levels, operational performance, procedures, safety, and standards.
