The Supply Planning Assistant supports supply planning, inventory coordination, and replenishment activities.

The role monitors demand and supply information, maintains planning data, coordinates with teams and suppliers, and supports product availability.

Assist with daily and weekly supply planning, replenishment, and inventory coordination activities.
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, demand requirements, and supply availability.
Prepare and maintain supply plans, forecasts, replenishment schedules, and planning reports.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, procurement, operations, and other teams to ensure timely supply.
Follow up on purchase orders, production schedules, delivery timelines, and outstanding supply requirements.
Identify and escalate shortages, excess inventory, delays, and supply constraints.
Maintain planning data, product information, inventory records, and supply documentation.
Analyze demand and supply information to support inventory and replenishment decisions.
Prepare reports, trackers, summaries, and updates on supply and inventory status.
Support planning meetings, follow-ups, action tracking, and process improvement activities.
Align planning activities with company procedures, inventory policies, and operational requirements.
