Role Description
Support the smooth and efficient operation of retail activities through daily coordination, record keeping, and assistance with store, inventory, and customer-related processes.
Work with retail, sales, logistics, finance, and other teams to complete operational requirements accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations and administrative activities.
- Assist with store operations, product availability, stock movements, and replenishment activities.
- Maintain records of inventory, sales transactions, orders, returns, and operational documents.
- Coordinate product deliveries, transfers, collections, and related logistics activities.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight discrepancies, shortages, or operational issues.
- Support sales orders, purchase requests, invoices, returns, and other retail documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and customer-related matters.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly retail reports and performance summaries.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, stock counts, and other retail initiatives.
- Follow operational procedures, documentation requirements, and company standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve retail processes, efficiency, and customer service.
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc operational duties as required.
