- Oversee transportation operations including scheduling and routing for drivers and vehicles.
- Ensure that drivers are adhering to safety standards and following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports related to transportation activities, such as vehicle inspections, driver logs and fuel usage.
- Communicate with clients, customers, and team members to ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during transportation, and work collaboratively to find solutions to problems.
- Train and develop transportation staff, providing instruction on safety procedures and operational protocols.
- Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to improve efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor transportation costs and financial performance, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations and mandates, and industry standards.
- Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
